How to Find the Right Bluetooth Driver

Identify Your Hardware via Device Manager
If you’re unsure what hardware you have, you can find its identity in the Device Manager.
1. Press the Windows Key + R, type devmgmt.msc, and press Enter or type Device Manager in the search. If found, please open.

2. Look for a section called “Bluetooth” or “Other devices” with a yellow exclamation mark.

3. Right-click on the unknown device, select “Properties,” go to the “Details” tab, and use the “Hardware Ids” property dropdown. Copy the most prominent VEN (Vendor) and DEV (Device) codes and search for them online to identify the manufacturer and model.
