Subscribers to Apple TV+ will see a higher charge on their next bill, as the company has implemented another round of price increases for its streaming service.
Apple has raised the price of its individual monthly plan to $14.99, a $2 jump from the previous $12.99 rate. Users looking to save money with the annual subscription will also feel the pinch, with the yearly price now set at $119, up from $99.
The adjustment extends to the Apple One Individual bundle, which combines services like Apple Music, Apple Arcade, and Apple TV+. That bundle has increased by $2, moving from $19.95 to $21.95 per month. The new pricing is now active on the Apple TV website.
This is the fourth price increase in four years for Apple’s streaming platform. The previous hike happened in 2025, taking the monthly plan from $9.99 to $12.99, while the annual price remained unchanged.
Apple TV+ is actually having a moment right now. It scored 87 Emmy nominations for shows like Widow’s Bay and Pluribus, and Apple says more people watched it last quarter than ever before.
And honestly, Apple’s not the only one doing this. ESPN just raised its prices for the first time this week, and Peacock did the same thing last week. Might be time to take a hard look at what you’re actually paying for every month.
Over the past year, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and HBO Max have all increased their prices as well. Most hikes fall between $1 and $2 a month, but the cumulative cost adds up, especially as annual increases become standard practice among streamers.
